Counselling & Psychotherapy in Reigate and Dorking
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or significant life changes can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. Counselling offers a confidential space to talk openly, explore what’s going on for you, and begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Professional, compassionate counselling support
I’m Sharon Tomlin, MBACP, a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering calm, supportive and confidential counselling for young people (14+) and adults. I provide a non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported at your own pace.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem issues or relationship challenges, counselling can help you develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies and improved emotional resilience.
